What data do we collect from you?
Technical characteristics: We record the domain name or IP address of your computer, the client's file request (file name and URL), the http response code and the website from which you are visiting us.

We use cookies, which are small text files that are temporarily stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

We use tracking services and cookies, so-called third-party cookies, to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Such a user profile contains information about the behavior of a visitor on websites. It is not possible to draw any direct conclusions about you. You can object to the creation of user profiles at any time. You can set your browser so that these cookies are not saved or are deleted at the end of your internet session.

Some pages contain buttons from social media networks that you can use to recommend our offers to others. II Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use

1. when visiting the website


When you visit our website www.mallorcacollection.eu, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted
IP address of the requesting computer,
Date and time of access,
Name and URL of the accessed file,
the website from which access was made (referrer URL)
browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes
Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,

for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
We also use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You will find more detailed explanations in sections IV. and V. of this privacy policy.

2. when registering for our newsletter


If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. It is sufficient to provide an email address to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send your unsubscribe request at any time to info@mallorcacollection.eu by e-mail.

3. when using our contact form


For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

4. online store
 

You have the option of purchasing products from us via our online store. To do this, we need your delivery and billing address and your contact details so that we can contact you if necessary, as well as the credit card or PayPal information required for payment. The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing the contract.

5 Registration on our website


You have the option of registering on our website by providing personal data. Which personal data is transmitted to us in the process is determined by the respective input mask used for registration. The personal data you enter is collected and stored exclusively for our internal use and for our own purposes. We may arrange for the data to be passed on to one or more processors, such as a parcel service provider, who will also use the personal data exclusively for internal use attributable to us.

When you register on our website, the IP address assigned by your Internet service provider (ISP), the date and the time of registration are also stored. This data is stored against the background that this is the only way to prevent misuse of our services and, if necessary, to make it possible to investigate criminal offenses. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary for us for security purposes. This data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to pass it on or it serves the purpose of criminal prosecution.

Your registration with voluntary provision of personal data enables us to offer you content or services which, due to the nature of the matter, can only be offered to registered users.

III Disclosure of data


Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
- this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
 

IV. Cookies


We use cookies on our website.These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.
Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specific end device used.However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity.On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of our website more convenient for you.For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. V. Google Analytics


The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. 
With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website.On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as "Google") for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our pages to meet your needs.In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies (see IV.) are used.The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as

are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that they cannot be assigned (IP masking).
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

VI Rights of data subjects


You have the right
to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. 
In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us
in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims

VII. Right to object


If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. 
In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

VIII. Data security


We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption.
If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

IX. Up-to-dateness and amendment of this privacy policy


This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in April 2019.
It may become necessary to amend this privacy policy as a result of the further development of our website and services or due to changes in legal or official requirements. X. Your right of withdrawal for your purchases


There is no right of withdrawal for downloads (§ 312d para. 3 BGB).

XI. Cancellation policy

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender to us the performance received and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation to this extent. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store, for example.

Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
